The award is a national mark of quality for health and wellbeing aimed at small organisations. The award is divided up into three levels; Bronze, Silver and Gold and reflect a range of actions that focus on the quality of health and wellbeing in the workplace.
We have achieved the bronze award and are now working towards silver.
